5-Year Warranty
Includes: Ballast, and Fixture Housing.
All “ILLiminatorsTM” are warranted to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of five years from date of original installation. We reserve the right to issue credit, repair or replace the defective merchandise, at our option. We also reserve the right to examine the defective product if defect is questionable. The limited warranty is in lieu of other warranties, expressed or implied. We assume no responsibility for labor or freight cost in connection with the installation, removal, or for any consequential damages. We further reserve the right to deny warranty for any product altered, improperly installed or installed in application for which it was not intended. When further instruction is needed for commercial installations, sizing, or placement please call your local dealer and or installer. ILLiminator Lamp probes are covered for one year against material defect or failure. We recommend replacing Lamps every three years.

Caution
The “ILLiminator” is designed for use with germicidal lamps and must be installed in compliance with local and state codes by a qualified electrical/HVAC installer. Care must be given so that the users eyes and bare skin will not be subjected to injurious rays.
Warning
Make proper electrical connection so that the “ILLiminator” will turn off when the main power supply to the air handler is shut down. At any time the installer must look at the installation with the “ILLiminator” turned on, protective eyewear must be worn. Do not let germicidal rays come in contact with eyes or skin.
